Our policy remains valid for 30 days following completion of delivery. After this period the order is deemed accepted and no refunds will be issued.

If the return is due to an BEEN STORE error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover reasonable standard return shipping costs to the US facility. Instructions are provided after approval.
Refund processing timeline
Refund processing takes up to 2 business days from receipt of your return. Once received, we will confirm via email and issue a full refund including your original shipping fee.
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take 10–15 days from the refund date depending on your card issuer’s policy.
