All in-stock products are processed within 2 business days. Processing time may shift daily based on order volume.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Any delays once your product is in transit are beyond our control. If a problem arises, we’ll notify you by email as quickly as possible.
As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, customers may submit a full refund request if a parcel has not arrived after 60 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system — no tracking events showing yet just means the parcel hasn’t been scanned.

If your estimated arrival date has passed and there’s still no update, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Here’s what happens if address details are wrong:
If we detect missing or incorrect info, we may contact you for an update — this can cause delays to your delivery.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address. Returned orders will be donated to charity and cannot be sent back to our warehouse.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require a re-shipping fee to be resent.
If you redirect your parcel through the carrier after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
